1. Purpose and scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between S & J Cycles and users who make purchases through our website. These terms and conditions apply to all sales of electric scooters and electric bicycles, both retail and wholesale, made in Spain and abroad, in compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2019/770 on the supply of digital content and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Placing an order with S & J Cycles implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time, and the terms and conditions in effect on the date of the order will apply.

3. Products and Availability

All products presented in our online store are described as accurately as possible. Images and descriptions are for informational purposes only and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw products without prior notice. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be notified immediately and may choose to exchange the product or receive a refund.

4. Prices

All prices are indicated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) according to current legislation. For wholesale or business customers, special prices are available upon request. Shipping costs are not included in the product price, except in the case of specific promotions.

5. Payment Methods

6. Shipping and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days in Australia and abroad, depending on the destination. S & J Cycles works with reputable shipping companies to ensure safe, fast, and trackable deliveries. In exceptional cases of delays, the customer will be duly informed.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, customers have 60 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any justification. To do so, they must contact our customer service department and return the product in its original condition, undamaged, and with all packaging intact.

S & J Cycles will issue a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless there is an error or defect attributable to the company.

8. Legal guarantee

All our products come with a two-year legal warranty, as stipulated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized intervention.

These terms and conditions are subject to Australian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the website or commercial transactions will be resolved before the courts of Morwell (Australia), unless otherwise provided by law.
